Yoga Class Schedule

Classes for all levels

£49 for a 6-week yoga class block.  Maximum 8 people per class.  Drop in sessions will be £10 and will need to be booked in advance.  All classes last approximately 1hour.

Power Yoga - Monday @ 18:00 - This class is a ix of Ashtanga and flow yoga.  It will truly strengthen your body, mind and spirit.

Yoga Foundation - Tuesdays @ 18:30 - Yoga for beginners - true beginners.  This class will get you familiar with your strength and weaknesses and build a good foundation for other yoga classes.

Core & Back Class - Monday @ 19:00 - Stretching and strengthening your core muscles to protect your back.  This class is for intermediates.  This class is not for those that suffer for constant pain.  Please contact me for more information.

Hot Tips for class

  • Arrive with plenty of time so you do not stress to get parked.  
  • Be well hydrated when you arrive.
  • It's best not to eat for at least 2 hours before class.
  • If you have an injury or medical condition please let your instructor know.
  • Wear light and comfortable clothes to class so you can move easily.
  • No shoes are required or allowed in the class room.
  • Pace yourself and remember to breathe.
  • Learn by watching and listening to the teacher and your body.
  • Feel free to ask questions.
  • If you need to rest, it's okay.
  • Listen to your body and take a rest.
  • Should you feel dizzy or out of breath at any point, take some deep breathes and relax.
  • Be patient.  It usually takes a few classes before you get into the flow of the class.
  • Please do not forget to switch off your mobile phone.
